Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:  Returns are at the expense of the buyer and must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags still attached.  Shoes must be in their original packaging and shipped back in a box.  Any items received with deodorant, makeup, perfume or similar odors and stains will be denied a return and mailed back to sender at your cost.  All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or Return Form.

Any returns after 30 days will be store credit only.

All Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days and refunded to the original payment method.  Please allow up to 1 billing cycle to see your refund.

We highly recommend keeping your tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.  We do not notify when returns have arrived to us, but you will be emailed once your package has been processed and a new tracking number will be provided to you if applies.

Gift cards, intimates or any items marked “FINAL SALE” may not be returned.  If returned, no refund will be given.

HOLIDAY RETURNS:  All purchases made November 24 – December 25 must be postmarked by January 10th.  Any returns after January 10th will be for store credit only.  Items being returned as a gift, need to provide original purchasers information.

EXCHANGES:  Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size/color.  Please fill out the Return Form below and state the size/color you wish to exchange for.  In the event that an exchange can not be fulfilled, a return will be processed and an email will be sent to you.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS:  Should you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please email support@revelrythread.com within 24 hours of delivery.  If we are unable to exchange the original item, we will refund your item.  A return label will be provided for shipping.  Please fill out the Return Form and mail back with item.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code.  In addition, please specify the damage/defect on the Return Form.
